In 2016 Jonathan & Mark Messare formed APLEA Rangers as a social club for those who ride and those who don't. We are a group of Veterans and concerned citizens who believe in defending all life. We rally behind our code of ethics. In recent years we have become more dedicated to those who are coming out of incarceration, homelessness, addictions, and struggle with PTSD. Start a chapter in your neighborhood today.
